"After working with Ron for years in the retail business many years ago, I decided to call him to see if he would be interested in helping me find a new home. It had been over 20 years since I had purchased a home and I wanted someone that I knew would shoot me straight but also knew me and how stubborn and hard-headed I could be. This journey began close to a year ago and Ron knew that I was in no hurry to buy and really wasn’t sure of exactly what I was looking for or what area I wanted to live in. It took just over three months for the house to be completed and I probably drove by at least 3 or 4 times a week during construction. I was constantly calling or texting my questions and concerns to Ron and he would be on the phone to the builders to get answers or solutions to all my worries. Ron always made me feel like my problems were his problems and even though I knew he was very busy with several other clients, he always found the time and made me feel comfortable and important. When it came time for the inspections, Ron had a list of everything I needed to do and even provided me with choices of inspectors. And finally, the time came for the final walk thru and closing and of course, Ron was there to make sure everything went as planned.
